The City tax will be paid by cash upon arrival.
Please inform the property at least 3 days prior to arrival of your expected arrival time (at the airport or at the Venice train station Santa Lucia or by car), so we can organize the meeting for the keys at the apartment.
The check-in is possible from 14.00 (02.00pm) to 21.00 (09.00pm).
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for late arrivals form 21:00 until 00.00. Late check-in after that is not possible. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A member of staff will wait for you at the apartment.
